Gastronome trolleys to hold either 2 x 1 x 1 or 1 x 2 x 1 gastronome tray per level as well as stainless steel mesh trays.  Ideal for storage, cooking chilling draining applications.
Z shape runners to prevent Scarfing.
Manufactured from 304 grade stainless, various runner configurations available. Lockable front gate and rear stop bar included.
Options: High temperature wheels, Corner buffers, Solid top.
